I bought a Two-Faced Mascara through this company on June 3rd and failed to receive the product. After a little over a month, I contacted them and received an (what seemed like) an automated response apologizing and asking for my order number and email address.
I never received a response, so then sent another email yesterday. Again, the same response requesting the same information with no response from them after replying. Only after I reported the charge on my AmEx card did they (within thirty minutes) refund my money. Remember, many credit cards and payment companies (like PayPal) do offer protection on purchases.
Luckily for me, it was only a $5.99 charge...it could have been a lot worse. Good luck ladies and gents!
